Darius Cooper
Founder & Executive Director
Darius Cooper is the Founder and Executive Director of 3K ABA, bringing nearly a decade of experience supporting children and families within the ABA field. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to improving access to high-quality services while helping children reach their fullest potential.
In addition to leading 3K ABA, Darius is also a technology entrepreneur and the founder of Sapphire, an AI-driven software platform designed to support ABA providers through enhanced communication, compliance, scheduling, data collection, and operational efficiency. His passion for both behavioral healthcare and technology has allowed him to create innovative systems that help clinicians spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focused on the children and families they serve.
Darius founded 3K ABA with a vision of combining compassionate, individualized care with forward-thinking technology. Under his leadership, the organization embraces innovation through tools such as Ocean AI while maintaining a strong commitment to evidence-based treatment, family collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Jospeh Adams
Clinical Strategy & Program Development Consultant
Joseph Adams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience providing behavioral services across schools, homes, clinics, and community-based settings. As the Clinical Strategy & Program Development Consultant for 3K ABA, Joseph works closely with leadership to ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence while developing innovative programs that support children, families, and clinicians.
Throughout his career, Joseph has served in the school system, helping students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs achieve meaningful progress both academically and socially. In addition to his educational experience, he is the owner of his own ABA organization, where he has successfully supported individuals across multiple stages of life.
Joseph's expertise extends beyond pediatric services, with significant experience working with adolescents and adults to promote independence, life skills, vocational readiness, community integration, and overall quality of life. His broad perspective allows him to bring a unique understanding of how behavioral services can create lasting impact throughout an individual's lifespan.
At 3K ABA, Joseph plays a key role in clinical consultation, program development, staff mentorship, and strategic growth initiatives. He is passionate about helping organizations build strong clinical foundations while ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.
